Student Organizations

As Crossroads grows, students and staff have cooperated to form some student-led organizations. At the present time, student organizations include:

Student Council

The Student Council is composed of representatives from the student body and holds regularly scheduled meetings to direct student body business. The council seeks to promote fellowship, harmony, and spiritual life. It also provides student representation to the faculty and administration in maintaining the spirit and purposes of the College. Special social activities are planned for the entire student body. An administrator serves as an advisor to the Student Council.

Women's Fellowship

Fellowship, prayer, service to Crossroads, training and ministry outreach are the goals of the Women's Fellowship. This organized support group is intended for female students and wives of married students. It meets periodically and also sponsors special social events.

Mission Teams

Students interested in missions occasionally gather to pray for, encourage, and promote world evangelization through domestic and international missions.

Preacher's Club

Students who are preparing for pastoral ministry meet monthly for fellowship, mentoring and informal training conducted by our Director of Campus Ministries. They are afforded the opportunity to preach at nearby churches, lead in Bible study and become involved in various ministries throughout the greater Indianapolis area.

Crossroads Informer Team

Students make up the staff for the College’s student Newsletter. The Crossroads Informer is published bi-weekly, on Mondays during the school year (Fall and Spring Semesters).

Ministry Team

The CBC Ministry Team will consist of a group of returning students who will minister to the Crossroads family and to surrounding churches, and Christian High Schools. The team will use their talents in music, drama, and preaching. The Office of Admissions will utilize the team to communicate to the community about the College and to invite students to become a part of the College. The Ministry Team will be involved in leading Crossroad’s worship time during chapel and in hosting visitors on campus.
